2. What data we process and why

• Contact form: name, e-mail address and message content, in order to reply to your enquiry (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to entering into a contract at your request, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in handling correspondence).

Providing data is voluntary; without it, however, we will not be able to reply to your enquiry.

3. Where contact form data goes

The contact form opens your e-mail client, so the message goes directly to the controller's mailbox (kontakt@stolarz-brozek.pl) and is processed as regular correspondence.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The Website may use Google Analytics for statistics. If analytics is enabled, analytics cookies load only after consent is given in the cookie banner, and consent can be withdrawn at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. When analytics is not enabled, the Website uses no analytics cookies and shows no banner.

5. Map on the contact page

6. Recipients of data

Data may be entrusted to providers maintaining the Website's infrastructure (hosting, e-mail server), solely to the extent necessary to provide these services. Data is not sold or shared for third-party marketing.

7. Retention

Form correspondence is kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and potential claims, no longer than 3 years from the last contact.

8. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).
