§1. General provisions

1. These terms set out the rules for using the website available at brozek.procesflow.pl (the "Website").
2. The Website is owned and operated by Wytwórnia Wyrobów z Drewna Robert Brożek, registered in the Polish business register CEIDG, ul. Szkolna 33, 87-721 Raciążek, tax ID (NIP): 8911380891 (the "Operator").

4. By using the Website you accept these terms.

§2. Nature and scope of the Website

1. The Website is informational. It presents the Operator's joinery work, including bespoke furniture, kitchens, staircases, doors, interior fit-outs and timber garden structures, and enables contact with the Operator.
2. Using the Website is free of charge and does not require registration.
3. Photographs presented in the gallery show work completed by the Operator. They illustrate the scope and standard of the work and are not an offer of an identical product at a fixed price.

§3. Technical requirements and acceptable use

1. Using the Website requires a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser.
2. It is prohibited to submit unlawful content, interfere with the operation of the Website, or use it in a way that infringes the rights of the Operator or third parties.

§4. Contact form

1. The Website provides a contact form for sending messages to the Operator.
2. Providing data in the form is voluntary but necessary to receive a reply.
3. The processing of personal data submitted via the form is described in the Privacy policy.

§5. Intellectual property

1. All content on the Website (texts, graphics, logos, photos, layout) is protected by copyright and belongs to the Operator or is used under appropriate licences.
2. Copying or distributing the Website content without the Operator's consent is prohibited, except for permitted use under applicable law.

§6. Liability

1. The Operator makes efforts to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date; however, it is provided for information purposes and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code, unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Prices, lead times and technical details of a commission are agreed individually, after the measuring visit.
3. The Operator is not liable for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control (failures, maintenance, force majeure).

§7. Complaints

1. Comments and complaints regarding the Website can be submitted to kontakt@stolarz-brozek.pl.
2. Complaints are handled within 14 days of receipt.

§8. Final provisions

1. The Operator may amend these terms for important reasons (changes in law, changes in the Website's scope). The new version applies from the day of its publication on the Website.
2. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law.
3. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent court under general rules.
